These terms govern services provided by HVAC Frankfort KY ("we," "us," or "our") to customers in Frankfort, Kentucky and surrounding areas. By requesting service, you agree to these terms.
Estimates & Pricing
Written estimates are free and valid for 30 days. Repair pricing is presented as a fixed price and requires your approval before work begins. After-hours emergency service carries overtime rates that are quoted before dispatch. Where site conditions differ materially from what was assessed, we will re-quote before proceeding.
Warranties
New equipment carries the manufacturer's parts warranty, and our installation work is warranted for workmanship. Repairs carry a limited labor and parts warranty stated on your invoice. Warranties require documented professional maintenance where applicable, and do not cover damage from floods, storms, misuse, or deferred maintenance.
Scheduling & Access
Arrival windows are estimates affected by emergencies and weather. We require safe access to equipment, clear working areas, and secured pets. If we cannot access the equipment at the scheduled time, a trip fee may apply.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion unless financing or other arrangements are made in advance. Financing is provided by third-party lenders subject to credit approval; we are not the lender.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, latent defects, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so is prohibited by Kentucky law.
